Saturday, September 14th, 2019
St. Nicholas Park Christian Church (DOC), will be having a band in the fellowship hall from 4 - 6:30 PM with the Lock, Stock, and Barrel Band. Chili, hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be available. All donations will go towards building repairs and painting in preparation of the churches 100th anniversary in 2020.

2019 Regional Travel - Chautauqua Comes to Christmount
We are excited to have solidified plans for our 2019 regional trip! Here are some specifics:

Who? Any adult who would like to go!

What? Chautauqua Comes to Christmount (This is an amazing week of presentations, worship, workshops, and concerts that are modeled after the events at the Chautauqua Institute in New York.)

Where? Christmount Conference Center, the national retreat of the Disciples of Christ, located in beautiful Black Mountain, NC near Asheville

When? Monday through Friday, October 21 - 25, 2019

Why? For enrichment of body, mind, and spirit, and to gather together with others from your Florida region and beyond.

Cost: All inclusive for double occupancy per person is $465 for the week. Single occupancy is $670 for the week.

Note: The price listed on the registration is inclusive of meals, lodging and the events of the week. There are 10 reserved hotel rooms for the Florida Region. Once you scroll down below "Dietary Need" you will see a "Comment" section. Type "Florida Region" in that section to get one of the reserved rooms. Once the reserved spaces are taken, it is first come first serve for other hotel rooms and lodging options.
Participants will make their own travel arrangements. Christmount is approximately a 7-hour drive from Jacksonville. The nearest airport is Asheville, NC.
